New Residential, Test, Irrigation, and Stock Wells in Flagstaff, AZ
Plan a new well around the intended use, nearby ADWR records, parcel constraints, and the current county review path.
A new well plan starts with the water use and the property record. We review nearby ADWR registry entries, note reported depths and dates, and identify what those records cannot establish. Residential, test, irrigation, and stock uses can have different design questions. We then map the proposed location against access, existing utilities, wastewater features, tanks, and the route for future service. New drilling requires a licensed Arizona well driller and an ADWR Notice of Intent before work starts. Coconino County Environmental Quality review may also apply, especially for a domestic well on a smaller parcel. We coordinate the information needed for those steps without promising a depth, yield, water quality, price, or finish date.
